Open Source Projects

BACEtech fully supports the open sourcesoftware initiative. The source code from a collection of consulting projects will be published for others to use. In general, as much of the supporting code and libraries written for a project will be published as the client will allow. Source code will be released under the permissive BSD 3.0 software license that allows for commerical, academic, and private use with minimal restrictions. It would be greatly appreciated if use of the code is cited, but this is not a requirement.

Prairie Technologies MATLAB Toolbox

A small toolbox of functions written in MATLAB to load raw Prairie images acquired from one of their microscopes. Currently, the code has only been tested on a Prairie CLSM system, but support for two photon systems will be added. Initial code was written by Bruce Corliss at GrassRoots Biotech.
