Better Advance Computational Engineering Technologies was registered in April 2011 in North Carolina as a Sole Proprietorship DBA. Official practice started soon after. The company focuses on developing a client network in the RTP area in both academic and commercial environments. The company strongly supports the open source movement. While code directly written for clients will remain closed, supporting libraries and programs will be open sourced under the New BSD License when possible.
